The mother AND puppies were lying on the ground. The puppies were 2 weeks old and had been nursing contaminated milk from a mother who had a rotten, dead leg that was full on infection. Her leg was cut to the bone and had to be amputated immediately to save her life and the lives of her puppies. Her owner reported that she was a stray when in fact the dog and puppies belonged to him. Thanks for reporting this cruelty.

I just wanted to correct a couple of statements that are incorrect. The mother dog was lying on the ground, not on a blanket. There were 8 puppies, not 7.

That man should be humanely euthanized. He is useless to society and to humanity.
