Mayor Wharton and the Downtown Commission say as long as it's a peaceful gathering and it's not causing a health hazard, Occupy protestors can continue to camp out on public property. So I can break any law I want to as long as I break the law peacefully and I don't create a health hazard? Wow...look out world!!

whats a real hoot is Pinnacle Air calling ANYBODY in Occupy a squatter while ensconced in their twelve floors of tax break Wharton provided newly remodeled million dollar offices while filing for Chapter 11 bankrupt protection and demanding pay cuts, pension adjustments, union concessions while their fired CEO walks away with his golden parachute. Maybe the city should consider Pinnacle a REAL nuisance and try to recoup some of our public money given away. Maybe Mayor Wharton should go Occupy Pinnacle till we get some answers as to why our tax dollars are always given away (Electrolux, Bass Pro, etc etc) and as yet no expansion of the city county suit against Wells Fargo. Interesting how the "nuisance" is the gadfly calling attention while the real nuisance cashes the publics money.
