SENATOBIA, MS (abc24.com) - The Tigers aren't the only team at the big dance. The SEC champion Rebels are making moves too.

"The Tigers, yeah they're up and down, Ole Miss is good always," said Ole Miss Alumnus Michael Fondren.

He says move over Tigers, Rebel fever is in the air. The team is taking on the Wisconsin Badgers Friday morning in Kansas City at the NCAA tournament.

"Well the Rebels have actually made the school pretty proud and they've actually given this school a pretty good name all & all," said Patricia Stanhouse, who attends Northwest Mississippi Community College where a majority of their students transfer to Ole Miss.

"I'd have to go for Ole Miss because you know I am a student here so I'm kind of leaning their way. Marshall Henderson is pretty good," said NMCC student Jake Fletcher.

Rebel fans may be dancing, but one sports talk radio host says he doesn't believe the team is good enough to dance around the Badgers.

"Wisconsin is too tall, too athletic. They run to good of a half court offense. I think Ole Miss is going to have to shoot very well from 3 and I don't think they'll be able to do that with the tall defenders," said Sports Talk Radio host Rick Ray.

We'll just have to wait and see. Until then, the Ole Miss fight song.

"Eye of the tiger is a feel of the night..." Hmm. Wrong song.

"Hotty toddy gosh almighty who the hell are we? Hey flim flam bim bam Ole Miss by damn!"

Now that's more like it!
