MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - One man is dead and a second man is critically injured after three armed suspects forced their way in to rob a Whitehaven home Tuesday night.
Memphis police were called to the 4600-block of Garden Oaks Way just before 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15. When they arrived they found two male victims had been shot. One victim, 27, was pronounced dead on the scene. The second victim, 29, was transported to The MED in critical condition.
Investigators say three black male suspects forced their way into the home and demanded money, then shot the two victims. A 25-year-old woman and 3-year-old child were also at the home, but were unharmed. The suspects fled in a silver Chevrolet Impala.
