ReligionStinks you are clearly misinformed about your laws. He can says that, if he wishes. He was not imposing his religious beliefs upon Samuel Nuckolls. The separation of Church and State deals with laws being established not personal beliefs. Just an FYI, the courts still use the Bible. Though they have a legal choice to make an oath upon the Bible or Affirmation to tell the truth.

?? Why was the judge talking about "our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" ????? He should be sued. That is a clear violation of the separation of church and state. It is not his job to proseltyze or inject his religious beliefs into it.
