MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis police believe the suspect in a recent adult bookstore robbery could be responsible for several other similar robberies.
Officers were called to the Cherokee Adult Bookstore on the 2900-block of Lamar around 5:20 p.m. on Friday, November 23. The suspect was armed with a handgun, and was last seen walking south on Southwall Street.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5'7", 170 lbs., wearing a red and white skeleton mask, black and gray hooded jacket, black pants and work gloves.
Investigators say this is the fourth adult bookstore robbery since November 16, all with a similar suspect M.O.
