MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police are searching for the suspect who broke into two adjoining businesses in the Raleigh earlier this week.
Officers were called to the Red Wing Shoe Store on Covington Pike at Raleigh Lagrange just after 2 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29. Investigators say assorted shoes and several pairs of socks were stolen in the burglary.
Police found that the suspect broke in to the neighboring Check and Go business and knocked a hole through a shared wall to break into the shoe store. A safe with an undisclosed amount of cash was also stolen from the Check and Go.
The suspect was caught on surveillance video in both businesses.
