Dressing indecent and exposing underwear is the norm for the majority of women who pack nightclubs across the country, but I never hear anything about short skirts or whale-tails. What a double standard we have here. If women can allow their breasts to pop out while waiting tables or in classrooms, then a male should be able to dress at least as inappropriate as these common examples taken from our opposites display. I would imagine the police will target those people who wear their pants low versus simply setting up roadblocks in front of nightclubs in search for cleavage.

It's not going to go away. You know why? Because the cRAP music will keep promoting it and these gullible people will keep abiding by it, thinking it makes them the coolest person on the planet. The same way it glorifies mistreating women and "slanging" drugs.

It is a fad. It will eventually go away. This sloppy, undisciplined, uneducated look will fade just as so many other controversial clothing fads have over the years. Those that don't fade away become acceptable attire, like bikinis. All this hoopla and trying to pass laws against a certain style or fashion only tends to make the style more popular.
