She became a chief because she was given the answers to the test. On her lieutenant's test she screwed up bad enough,(even though she had the answers) that when the results came out, admin claimed there was a "mistake" and she was bumped up over 200 slots on the Lts list. During the BC test she was allowed to leave before she was done with the test, something that was supposed to be absolutely forbidden. Everything she's gotten on the MFD was given to her -not earned.

NO,OF COURSE NOT...HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM BEHIND BARS. YOU SHOULD OF THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE YOU FORGED THOSE DOCUMENTS....YOU DIDN'T BECOME CHIEF BY BEING STUPID, BUT ON THE OTHER HAND MAYBE YOU DID !!!
