Memphis, TN -- Great sex with a local pastor. It is all part of a steamy new Christian movement, preachers encouraging their flocks to have sex to bring them closer to God.
"There is no sex like married sex and Christian sex," said Dr. Stacy Spencer, Senior Pastor at New Direction Christian Church and the author of Naked & UnAshamed: The Journey Towards Sexual Fulfillment in Christian Marriage.
"We get so busy with hectic schedules soccer practice, basketball practice, we need to take a timeout and just say, hey, how you doing?"
Spencer says the small things, a nice dinner together, a quiet conversation, even walking the dog together, can make a big difference.
"In order for people to really connect there must be a spiritual connection that goes along with the physical," Spencer says.
