Yeah.... This is NOT the best idea...... If they were surgically "corrected", as they SHOULD be, they would not NEED to 'register', & would not (could not) be a future threat.

Facebook doesn't allow convicted sex offenders to create profiles on it's site anyway,wich I applaud them for,so this is another pointless law since anyone can create a profile with a different name and basically do as they please.Who is going to monitor this??
