several inmates at the penal farm have phones.. coming from an ex corrections officer - me.. my corrupt azz even sold sum phones to them;;.. including weed and crack also .

I would think that the prison system has more to worry about than inmates being on Facebook. Hell, it would probably be a good crime deterrent to let them tell their buddies how much it sucks to be in jail.
