Shelby Co. Schools Superintendent Considering Contract Buyout

There's another problem for the upcoming merger between Memphis City and Shelby County Schools. County School Superintendent John Aitken wants out. He is talking with members of the board to buy out his contract.

These people just shouldn't be given contracts. Schools basically s8ck, yet admin. costs have skyrocketed.

I think that he should take the money and run. No white person will be able to work with the dysfunction that is rampant in memphis.

"The general feeling among many is that John Aitken didn't have a chance to become superintendent of the Unified School System" That my understanding, I also read that if he stays until after the merger he would not get his buy out. It make sense to get out of this train wreck while you can.
