SOUTHAVEN, MS (abc24.com) - A judge has found Southaven Alderman Rickey Jobes guilty of DUI.
Jobes was arrested last October after he refused to take a DUI test.
Thursday in court a judge sentenced him to 48 hours suspended jail time plus fines. He also has to undergo a program before getting his license back.
Jobes was arrested for the same offense in 2010.
He's been on the Southaven Board of Alderman since 1993.
