At the state auditor's request, the board is reviewing $44,000 in receipts Greg Davis submitted.

Aside from being a typical political scumbag, I love how this guy takes pictures! With that guilty-looking and uncomfortable smile, he always looks like the guy who just farted in the elevator!

I'm hoping the state holds the Aldermen to the grind on this and makes them liable if they falsify information. Obviously, if the "Mayor" has already submitted over $90,000 this surely must mean that he used at least that amount on personal matters and fun at probably Mesquite! Isn't that enough to file criminal charges and remove this jerk from office???

You guys are way ahead of me! This must be the worse excuse for a Board of Aldermen in the country who supposedly represents the people. Of course they now have to cover their own hides in a scandal such as this one. Hopefully, sooner or later (I'm betting on later) someone will have to answer for this abuse of office.

I agree. The Alderman are going to cover their backsides. They have been approving the mayor's expenses for years. Why stop now! How can they justify approving anger management classes, marital counseling sessions, and hand written receipts. The whole bunch just needs to go away! I cannot wait for the next election!
