Blakk, you must have dropped in from the planet Zambodia, along with Prince Mongo. I have never heard such dribble in my life. As the old saying goes, You make my butt want a dip of snuff

This country is so messed up. The Wall Street CROOKS can STEAL MILLIONS of properties through ILLEGAL FORECLOSURES using FRAUD and ROBOSIGNING documents and they can simply pay their way out of it. No charges whatsoever. But this young woman is treated like she MURDERED SOMEONE. I support you Tabitha!!!

So if the bank hired someone to beat her TOTALLY senseless, could they claim sovereignty and that the laws didn't apply to them? Praise Allah!

The assault case that was "not prosecuted" was not prosecuted because Ms. Gentry failed to appear in court after making bond. The state will still likely indict the case.

I agree @myopinion...$2,000,000 bond is ridiculous when the worst criminals get way less than that. What the hell is wrong with our system? Wow! Now, what fairy tale land does she live in to think she can just take over someone else's property and the laws do not apply to her??? Really lady?

This is typical entitlement mentality. She just works on a larger more visible scale.

Not surprising this happened in Memphis. The question is, how many others have done this and if they're sucessful in claiming the home. Somewhere I read she claimed seven other properties around town. If this would have happened in any other area would anyone have known and would they have cared?
