Perhaps some of his wealthy handlers who put him in office can bail him out. This is exactly what one gets when they vote for Republicans claiming to be fiscally responsible and morally superior. Those claims were never more than lip service by Republicans still bent on supply-side economic policies. The same policies which caused our economic meltdown.

Of course, if he were a Democrat and maybe not a white guy, this would be perfectly acceptable behavior that would be explained away.

Politics are insane. How is this fool not in prison and is still drawing a paycheck from the same people he's abused and stolen from? They say this 62k is due immediately, well if I was Greg Davis I certainly wouldn't be afraid. Nope, if I was him I'd laugh at this system and continue to spend two months ankle deep in my boyfriend's fart box.

He is exactly what Southaven deserves. That's what people get for voting party instead of candidate.

Isn't writing bad checks against the law? I think he should bring in cash! Maybe the Board of Alderman should pay back the balance. After all, they approved the expenses in the first place. I do not believe that the residents of Southaven who contributed to the Greg Davis re-payment fund should be refunded one cent! Oh, I cannot wait for election day!!!
