Memphis School Schools Superintendent Kriner Cash denies a newspaper report that a party held at his home was meant to kick off his campaign to head the new unified school district.

At that party, his second in command, Irving Hamer, allegedly got drunk and made inappropriate comments to a female MCS employee.

School Board member Kenneth Whalum says it's because of stuff like like that parents in the suburbs are fighting for their own school districts.

He told abc24.com, "If I were a parent in Germantown, Collierville, Arlington, I would say there's no way I would want my children involved in any of this."

cash is without a doubt the worst superintendent we have ever had and that pretty bad considering he replaced Herenton who was a failure both at MCS and Mayor. LIES! LIES! and more LIES!

More "coonery" from MCS is always to be expected! And as if the system wasn't screwed up enough! This is straight "buffoonism" being perpetrated by those who are allegedly...in charge! Aren't we tired of it yet?
