Suspect Charged in 2 Millington Bank Robberies

MILLINGTON, TN (abc24.com) - Millington Police have arrested a suspect for the robbery of two banks within 3 days.

The Trustmark Bank on the 7900-block of Highway 51 was robbed on January 31, 2012. The suspect was described as a black male with a large build, who fled the scene in a black early 2000's model Chevrolet Monte Carlo with red lettering.

On Feb. 2nd, the First South Bank on Church Road was robbed by a suspect with a similar description and vehicle as the Trustmark Bank robbery. Officers saturated the area, and an undercover officer located the suspect on Raleigh-Millington Road.

Tyreece Fossett was arrested and charged with both bank robberies.
