Suspect Sought in Deadly Shooting Outside S. Memphis Grocery

MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis police need help identifying a suspect in a shooting outside a south Memphis grocery store that left one man dead.

Memphis police were called to the Parkway Grocery on the 700-block of South Parkway just after 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 16. When they arrived, they found 30-year-old Demario Wilson had been shot in front of the business. He was transported to The MED in critical condition but later died.

The suspect was captured on the store's surveillance camera prior to the shooting. He is described as a black male last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and black knit hat.
