Suspect Wanted in Teen's Fatal Shooting

MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis police are searching for the person responsible for the shooting death of a teenager in the Berclair area early Monday morning.

Officers were called to the 3700-block of Faxon Avenue around 1 a.m. on Monday, May 14. When they arrived, they found a 19-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to The MED in critical condition, but was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. The victim's name has not been released.

So far there have been no suspects identified in this murder. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers at (901) 528-CASH (2274).
