MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis police are looking for the man they say robbed the Circle K at 2950 Kirby Parkway in East Memphis on Thursday, November 10, 2011.
Police tell abc24.com they are looking for 30-year-old Jeremy Walton after a warrant was issued for his arrest for his alleged participation in the aggravated robbery. They say during the crime, Walton entered the store and pulled a shotgun on the clerk. Walton appeared to be communicating with another man in the store, who police say was acting as a lookout.
After the robbery, a woman entered the store before leaving with Walton in a nearby car. Police say the car looks like a gray, 4-door sedan, possibly a Chevrolet Malibu.
Police say the lookout is a black man between 20 and 30 years old, around 6'3" tall and 260 pounds. The woman was white, with a medium build and brown, medium length hair. She was wearing a gray University of Memphis sweatshirt at the time of the robbery.
