JACKSON, TN (abc24.com) - A suspended police officer with the Milan Police Department was arrested by the TBI Monday for two dozen various charges of sexual misconduct.
A Gibson County grand jury returned a 24 count indictment against 29-year-old Adam Scott Martin for 18 counts of rape, one count of incest, one count of aggravated sexual battery, one count of sexual battery by an authority figure and three counts of sexual battery involving a 19-year-old female. Martin was originally arrested by the TBI in July for sexual battery by an authority figure.
Martin is being held at the Gibson County Jail on $150,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court November 13.
