Not only are they underpaying the old drivers who have other jobs now, they are trying to cut off all the wrecker companies in Memphis and want to outsource to only ONE company. We are not the PPA, but that's what direction it looks like they want to take. Imagine Parking Wars only in downtown Memphis.
