What Mid-South is not telling us is that if the two organ donor services don't merge or Methodist isn't granted the waiver they need to continue to do business is this: Vanderbilt's Transplant center will have first choice of the organs. They can give it to their least sickest person before Methodist's most sickest patient. This is the same thing they are accusing Methodist of doing. I have heard so many half truths from Mid-South, it makes me think something much more sinister is going on.
