TN High Court Upholds Memphis Library Cards, to Hear Voter ID Case

The Tennessee Supreme Court has upheld an earlier court decision to accept Memphis library cards as acceptable voter identification, at least for the November 6 election until the case goes back to court.

This really makes Memphis look like a collection of idiots; incapable of doing what every other county in the state seems to have no problem with. It just reinforces racist assertions that certain black folks are backward and really can't be expected to behave like the rest of us. I'm starting to wonder myself.
