MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police in McKinney, Texas canceled a nationwide Amber Alert Sunday night after 14-year-old Camren Guresh and his 10-year-old sister Kaitlyn were found safe in Memphis.

The children were with their father, Craig Guresh, who did not have legal custody of them. The children were found after an FBI Agent spotted the dad driving out from a LaQuinta Inn near Sycamore View and I-40. Both children were found in his vehicle unharmed; they went missing from their McKinney home Friday night.

Craig Guresh was taken into custody by Memphis police on a Kidnapping warrant out of Texas and will be returned to the state to face charges.
