An MCS teacher admits to sleeping in the same bed with a 17-year-old male student, but says they never had sex.

I think Ms. Wade is telling the truth. A runway boy mad because he was kicked out is not a reason to lock this lady up. And to think he feels that he was somehow hurt by this and called the Police... really.... ? Let me on that Jury.. she will be home in time to see Breaking Bad.

Truthteller makes a good point. I think it's a much more serious issue that a 16 yr old boy is allowed to choose where he lives. This boys parents should be on trial. I have to say that it would indeed be totally different, in my mind, if it had been a male teacher and a female student. . .I'd be pissed. However, having been a teenaged boy myself I feel obligated to point out that you're fooling yourself if you think it was bad for any teenage boy to have relations with the hot Spanish teacher. Unless she was ugly or gave them VD, the boys certainly aren't the losers in this situation.

So, teacher and boy have been living together for a YEAR and they just now are getting caught?? Whats up with that? Where are this boy's parents? Surely his friends knew, her friends knew and no one thinks this is weird and even creepy? If this had been a girl student with a male teacher it would be a different story. It shouldn't be that way! She is ruining this boys life, because he is, still a BOY. Shame on everyone involved! ( Oh, and I am sure All they did was KISS, in this bed for a YEAR! Give me a break teach...you need to go back to school..MORALS school!!!)
