A five year old boy in East Memphis was nearly killed after he was attacked by a pit bull.

When I read that the boy was mauled, I wasn't exactly picturing a small cut on his arm. If that dog jumped my fence, and entered my property to attack children playing in my backyard, it would have died in my back yard. It's owners like this lady that give the breed such a bad name.

thie owner is 100 percent liable and should be sued accordingly. the dog needs to be shot - really suprised a neighbor has not already done that. at least poison the animal ( real easy to do with a chunk of meat )
