MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) The Shelby County District Attorney shut down a northeast Memphis business for good.

A judge just issued a permanent injunction against "The Smoke Shop" and its owner.

It was temporarily closed last month after a year-long undercover investigation. Officers said workers were dealing drugs out of the business and no one was trying to hide it.

Agents stated they bought synthetic cocaine and illegal bath salts, and all you had to do to get the drugs was simply walk up to the counter and ask.

Agents seized more than 700 packets of the drugs.

This latest injunction prohibits the store from operating again.
