Two Found Guilty in Execution-Style Gang Murder

MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - It's life in prison for two men, found guilty in the 2009 execution-style murder of a man in south Memphis.

A jury found both Charles Hampton and DeAnthony Perry guilty of First Degree Murder for the October 2009 death of 21-year-old Anthony Jones.

Police say Hampton and Perry, both 17 at the time, shot and killed Jones in front of a home on the 1500-block of Cameron Street. The murder stemmed from a dispute between the three, all of whom were members of the Grape Street Crips Gang.

Charles Hampton and DeAnthony Perry were both sentenced to life in prison. They must serve 51 years of their sentence before they are eligible for parole.

remember, it was another black individual who was murdered. they key is to be decent to all people, and surround yourself by other people who are decent, no matter who they are. i can think of some white people that are pretty low down too, just not able to get away with the same kind of foolishness, this time around. the reason some people choose boards like this to fume on is because they won't actually do something.

i admit it, i'm thinking of all the teachers they smarted off to, classes they disrupted, and all the time their mammas came up to the school hooting and hollering about how their child was being 'picked on' after they had already been expelled from about four or five other schools. a good horse whipping would have done them a world of good.

Glad to know we have to pay for these fools to live a life that easier than most of the other non-gang related people in their own neighborhood. LIke these POS' will be worth something in 51 years. Cant we just dump them in the Mississippi and be done with em?
