MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - The father of a University of Tennessee student who was brought to a hospital with acute alcohol poisoning says his son was back in classes as the family looks into what happened.

Mark Broughton said Tuesday that 20-year-old Alexander P. Broughton was medically sound after being released from UT Medical Center on Sunday afternoon.

The Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity chapter at UT has been suspended for 30 days while the national organization decides whether to make the action permanent.

The student was brought to the hospital by other young men early Saturday with a blood-alcohol level of 0.4 percent - five times the level of legal intoxication. There were reports he had been administered a wine enema.

The family planned a later statement.

I believe, religionstinks, that we all now know YOUR 'orientation' and/or 'allegiance'. A little advice for you; getting your gerbil drunk this way would be considered animal cruelty.

It's fairly simple, 'stinks'. I merely posted an interogative statement designed to test, or gain, information; which is WHY you were confused. And... the 'dudes' WERE cramming stuff up other dudes a**es, were they not?!!? What you do on YOUUR time is YOUR business.

UnoHoo, are you saying that heterosexuals don't do that? Are you really as ignorant as your comment makes you look?

This must have been a "fraternity" for LBGT's.
