They have had issues with h1-b visa fraud, IRS issues and other unpopular situations happen surrounding their 125 charter schools in the USA and over 400 schools worldwide. About the coach that lost it in the locker room, I think two things: 1) This was a private talk with his team and it should never have been recorded . The talk was tough, but its his team and his players. He deserves some respect. 2) Maybe this was a sign that he should take a break from coaching. let him agree to some anger management sessions and let him continue to teach. You have to love his passion.

I think what people are trying to say is that Herenton has had his chance to prove his worth and he has proved time and time again that he is a total douche.
