MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in south Memphis Thursday afternoon as the suspect remains at large.
Officers were called to a shooting at Orleans Street and Williams Avenue at 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 12. When they arrived they found a male victim, later identified as 21-year-old H. T. Alston, II, lying in the street with a gunshot wound.
Alston was transported to The MED in extremely critical condition but died a few hours later. So far there are no suspects in custody.
