WEST MEMPHIS, AR (abc24.com) - The suspect in a deadly weekend shooting in West Memphis is now in police custody.

Denarius Stallings, 21, surrendered to authorities without incident late Sunday, November 11. Stallings is accused of fatally shooting 21-year-old Demyrion Miller and critically injuring 20-year-old Phillip Jones at the Imperial Homes Apartments in West Memphis.

Stallings is charged with First Degree Murder, First Degree Battery and Possession of a Firearm.
