MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A Whitehaven High School assistant principal is free on bond after he was arrested for DUI over the weekend.

According to the arrest report, 35-year-old Terence Bobo was swerving in and out of traffic while driving his black Chevy Tahoe. When Shelby County deputies pulled him over, they smelled a strong odor of alcohol and found a half empty bottle of liquor in the car seat.

Bobo refused to take a breathalyzer test.

He was arrested and charged with DUI, public intoxication, reckless driving, open container law, and refusal to submit to a BAC test.
