Why Was Rico Fleming Free on Christmas Day?

Rico Fleming is no stranger to the law, his criminal record in just Fayette County spans more than six pages. Fleming is one of three people charged in the Christmas Day murder of 16-year-old Derica Patterson near the Slayden Travel Center on U.S. Highway 72. Of the three, he is the only suspect still at large.

Yes Ms.Dye can question the system but its that same system thats allowing her and one of her sons walk around free at the present moment. Yes they both have warrants on them and there is not a big criminal or little criminal. Breaking the law is what is. So before talking down Mr. Fleming check yourself and your family have all your t crossed and all your i dotted Ms.

Yes the system is atrocious! But what the attorney stated is undoubtedly true in that, "sometimes it works for us, sometimes it works against us." So is it any better that Mr. Fleming is on the loose with warrants or that Ms. Dye is on the loose with warrants? Karma at its best!

" the system " needs to be held accountable-period. this family should sue whatever agency was responsible for this as it is obviously their fault this poor child is dead. our system is way to soft on criminals they do not fear anything-these ANIMALS need to know fear the pampering needs to stop
