Who bails out a 17 year old and then hands them a gun and let's them go out and shoot people? This kid's parents should go to jail, assuming they are the ones who bailed him out, and when I say parents I mean his mother and grandmother as I'm sure they are the only parents he's ever known.

It's the system that lets these criminals out knowing that chances are high they will repeat crimes in the future. 10% on a $10,000 bond is a $1000 and is way to low for someone who committed aggravated robbery. Judges and attorneys have a responsibility to protect the public. So what if someone has their feelings hurt and sues for racial bias, lives will be saved by keeping criminals locked up.

Really? we are now blaming the system for the actions of others? If they (attorneys and judges) had not let him out on bond they likely would be accused of and probably sued for racial bias and discrimination. The focus is and should be on the lack of personal responsibility that permeates society. I am confident there will be several civil actions brought on this matter and the taxpayers will bear the brunt of the settlement. Not withstanding, I feel for the victims and their loss.

No comment means we screwed up. Attorneys and judges who handled this case need to be prosecuted as well for setting a cheap bond and allowing this criminal to murder an innocent life.
