NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP, abc24.com) - A former guard at a youth development center has surrendered in Nashville to face charges of having sexual relations with a 17-year-old female resident.
Police said Tuesday that 27-year-old Jon Greer of Nashville was indicted on charges of statutory rape by an authority figure and sexual battery by an authority figure.
He is a former guard at New Visions Youth Development Center. Officers said he developed a relationship with the girl beginning in November 2010 until her discharge from the facility last May.
