NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A fugitive wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has turned himself in.

The agency said 26-year-old Marcus Alexander Boston went to the Hamilton County Jail before dawn Monday and surrendered.

Boston had been placed on the TBI's Top 10 Most Wanted List on Nov. 29.

He had been wanted by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office in connection with the fatal shooting of Quincy Bell on Sept. 22 as Bell drove on Wilcox Boulevard in Chattanooga. Bell died from his wounds after driving into the parking lot of a convenience store.

Boston was also wanted on a domestic assault warrant from April and drug charges from June.
