*1 lb. breakfast sausage - brand and flavor of your liking, i use jimmy dean - regular --- brown & drain grease*1 can Rotel - choice of regular to HOT or in between, i use the original, drain off liquid*1 can cream of mushroom soup*small can diced jalapeno peppers liquid & all dump it in -*1 box of Velveeta Queso Blanco Cheese (its the bomb!) - can also use H-E-B Queso E-Z Melt Cheese per gayle**Cut and cube (1/2" cubes) cheese, mix Cheese / Rotel / Cream of Mushroom / Jalapeno peppers in double boiler & melt cheese, or***use microwavable bowl for all ingredients and microwave until cheese is melted, note --- mix and stir every 2 minute as cheese is melting **once cheese is completely melted, just add and mix in your sausage to bowl and you are ready to serve!! just add chips, enjoy!!!
