Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - Dewayne Wise hit a pair of homers, including a two-run blast in the bottom of the eighth, as the New York Yankees outlasted the Philadelphia Phillies, 13-9, in spring training action.
Curtis Granderson added a two-run homer for the Yankees, who got three runs batted in from Justin Maxwell. Starter Michael Pineda gave up six runs on seven hits over 2 2/3 innings.
Carlos Ruiz went 2-for-3 with three RBI and a run scored for the Phillies, who got two runs batted in from Laynce Nix. Antonio Bastardo got the start and pitched 1 1/3 scoreless frames.
