Birmingham, AL (Sports Network) - Samford has completed its 2013 football schedule by adding a Sept. 14 game at Florida A&M, the Southern Conference university announced on Thursday.
The first-ever meeting between the two schools is part of a two-game series. Florida A&M will visit Samford for a game on Sept. 12, 2015.
Samford will play a 12-game regular season for the first time since 1931. The Bulldogs finished last season with a 7-4 overall record and a 5-3 mark in the SoCon.
Florida A&M was 4-7 overall and 4-4 in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
