Any day, almost anytime .. people park in the No Parking This Block / Tow-Away zone to go in to Regions Bank, First Tennessee, and the small loan offices.  This is made worse by the lane closure on the eastbound lane for construction.  

On some occasions I've seen people double-parked on the eastbound side, forcing eastbound traffic into the westbound lane and facing on-coming trolly cars!
